  • Must be displayed on the front and rear of the traffic side

  • For travel from 1/2 hour after sunset until 1/2 hour before sunrise:
    • SAE-approved Class 1 lights and reflectors required
    • Clearance lights must be visible from front, rear, and side
    • Lights must mark the outermost portion of the vehicle and load, which extends beyond 8 feet 6 inches
  • One rotating or two flashing amber lights required:
    • Mounted above the cab
    • Visible at a distance of at least 500 feet
